Ritter’s Farm Market is a family owned business dating back to 1955 and is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Come visit us on the farm…lots for kids to see and do! Our fall activities (hayrides, pumpkin cannon, haunted bus, pumpkin launchers, etc) start Sept 25th and our Chuckwagon Backyard BBQ and More will be open every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am - 6:30pm starting September 25, 2010 through October 31, 2010. Everything is homemade and very yummy!! Eat on the farm or call for take-out (570-352-6973). We also have pigmy goats who love to be petted and fed...you can buy goat feed in our farm market and feed our goats. We have swings, hay rides through the woods and a pumpkin cannon in the fall, Blueberry Hill to clim, and we have an authentic Indian teepee.

We grow our fruits and vegetables on 70 acres of farmland and bake our own cider donuts, pies, cookies, muffins, turnovers, and more in our bakery! You will also find a full line of hard to find nutritional products (Jay Robb and others); a large selection of crafts including rusty stars, Pennsylvania framed pictures, decorations, and other primitive items; canned goods which include jellies, preserves, apple butter, pumpkin butter, salsas, relish, pickles, and more; and we also make our own goat milk lotion/soap and hand-poured 100% soy wax candles! We have one market located on Route 348 in Mount Cobb, PA, a second market on Route 590 in Hamlin, PA and our newest third market is located on Route 191. Our Route 191 market is closed for 2010 season, but our Mount Cobb market on Route 348 and our Hamlin market on Route 590 are open from 9am - 7pm daily. Directions to our Route 191 market: take Exit 17 off of Route 84, go approximately 2 miles north on Route 191, and our newest market is on the right hand side.


May 1st – Our spring flowers are here, fruits, vegetables and, of course, our bakery, nutritional products, goat milk products, candles, etc. You will find a large selection of quality flowers at low prices!

June – Local strawberry season! Our self-pick strawberries are ready at our Mount Cobb market and Route 191 markets!! We also have fresh picked local summer squash, cucumbers, green beans, peppers, and other seasonal fruits and vegetables available in our markets.


July through September – Our famous sweet corn is here through October! In mid-July our blueberries are also ready and will last through September. We have 1,300 blueberry bushes…you can pick your own or we have them available in our market. We also have other fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables like watermelon, cantaloupes, cherries, peaches, etc.
Large quantities of fruits and vegetables available for freezing and canning…call or stop by for pricing!


September through November – A large variety of apples, apple cider, pumpkin pie, winter squash, gourds, Indian corn, corn stalks, hay bails, mums, Halloween decorations, costume makeup and jewelry, and lots of pumpkins!! We typically grow 30,000+ pumpkins every year. Take your child’s picture in the sea of pumpkins and mums!

November through January 3rd – Live Christmas trees, decorations, wreaths and garland, cemetery blankets, winter scene Pennsylvania framed pictures, and more!

January 4, 2010 to April 30, 2010 – Our market is closed for winter but, you can purchase firewood, deer apples, and other instock items from our market by calling 570-689-5151. Also, our online store is open(click "Online Store" button on the side of this page)! Our Mount Cobb market will reopen April 30, 2010!!
